In June, we welcomed homeowners, investors, architects, brokers, and future residents to our first Jazz & Cigars at the Lake event. Guests spent the afternoon touring homesites, exploring our upcoming model home concepts, and experiencing the community the way it was meant to be — slowly.
With a jazz vocalist whose voice could have convinced anyone Frank Sinatra himself had stopped by, handcrafted cocktails, cigars, and the backdrop of our private lakes, it became a glimpse into the lifestyle that makes Pierson Lakes unlike anywhere else in the region. For many, it was also a refreshing alternative to the usual summer escape — less than an hour from Manhattan, surrounded by over 1,000 acres of protected forest, peaceful water, and room to breathe.
